Billing questions

Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is genuinely free — no card, no charge. Add payment details only if you decide to continue.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing posts to a card automatically. We'll let you know the trial is ending; you choose a plan and add payment details to carry on. If you do nothing, the account simply pauses.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it stops. No notice period, no lock-in.
Do you give refunds?
The free trial means you only ever pay once you've decided it's worth it. We don't refund part-used months (standard for monthly SaaS), but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.
Can I switch between Solo and Practice?
Yes — move up to Practice when you take on more contractor clients, or back down. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
