What CISflow is
CISflow is a data-entry tool that reads subcontractor invoices and extracts CIS fields for you to review. It is not an accountancy, tax, bookkeeping, or legal service, and using it does not create any such professional relationship.
You review and you're responsible
Every extracted figure is shown to you and must be approved by you before anything is posted. You are responsible for checking each figure and for everything submitted to HMRC. CISflow assists with data entry; you remain accountable for what is filed.
No warranty
CISflow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every field is extracted perfectly — that is precisely why you review and approve every figure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from figures you approve and file.
Early access / Phase 0
CISflow is in early-access validation. Features, pricing and availability may change before launch. Joining the early-access list is not a purchase and creates no obligation — no payment is taken at this stage. Early-access members keep the founding rate if and when paid plans launch.
Trial, billing and cancellation
CISflow starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required and no charge. You are only billed if you choose to continue on a paid plan (Solo or Practice) after the trial. Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account — there is no contract, notice period or lock-in. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Because the free trial lets you decide before paying, we do not offer refunds for part-used months once a billing period has started (standard for monthly subscriptions); simply cancel before your next renewal to avoid the following month's charge. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
